Development is often about size; like fitting five spacious, double-storey townhouses onto a limited block—while ensuring bigger profits.

The developer approached us with plans finished, so our job was to execute them to a high standard in order to attract quality tenants. The townhouses could then be sold fully leased during a market upswing.

Each residence features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage and balcony (one with city views), and maximises light and a sense of space. Finishes include Calcutta tiles, Tasmanian oak hardwood floors and premium stone benchtops. The upmarket feel also incorporates black tapware and door hardware, charcoal-coloured driveway, and split system air.

From a structural viewpoint, the cantilevered beams supporting the balcony over the driveway are a perfect example of how good design and expert construction improve lifestyle.
